The staff were friendly and helpful. Clean sheets and general cleanliness. Comfortable and cosy room. Great breakfast at the restaurant. Polite and welcoming staff. Bar for late night drinks. Impressive service. Charming and welcoming staff. 

there was lovely staff and the service was efficient. you'll need 5 minutes to walk to honkytonk wine library with nice drinks. it is only a short distance to drake circus shopping centre. we had a great stay, so no complains at all. 

It is a great hotel with modern rooms & helpful staff. The relaxed atmosphere when you walk in. Food provided for breakfast was nice. We truly enjoyed this place.

Stayed at a hotel in Plymouth over Christmas and was surprised in a good way by the breakfast. Their continental breakfast had a lot of variety including fresh juices and pastries. The location was also great with easy access 

the central location of this hotel with parking is of great help when staying in plymouth

Upper floor room had view over fishing boat dock and harbour towards the Barbican. Useful parking (ask for the permit at reception). Only 10 minute walk to either city centre, shops, or Barbican, or university.
